As part of Bomarts sustainability strategy, Bomarts is passionate about support to its workers and outgrower farmers to be effective and efficient in their undertakings through various training initiatives as well as other support system such as building farmers capacity to form cooperatives, pre-financing some of their farming operations, provision of inputs, certification and technical support, buying their products at well negotiated prices with contract etc. Workers and their wards are also support through the Bomarts fairtrade Foundation to pursue their education at High School and tertiary levels through a scholarship scheme. Bomarts also provide support to the communities in which it operates such provision of portable drinking water, health centres, education and toilet facilities etc. to improve sanitation and health care of the people.
